The Queen's head take a point
Despite some good early presure, the Queens Head failled to convert chances until just before the end of the first half. Coming back after the break at 1 - 1, the game opened up and both teams looked to take the win. The Harriers Arms took the lead but the queens equalised almost from the restart.

Both teams will feel they should have taken all 3 points, but the draw for the Queens and a good solid performance underlines a very possitive start to the new season.

The Queen's head make a positive start.
Despite conditions being difficult and conceding an early goal, the Queens battled on to record a 4-2 away win in there opening game of the season.

The season kicks off this sunday.
The first game of the season is against Princess, the only team with a gayer name than the Queens.

It will take place on Springfield Park at the back of the Old Bear. 03/09/06, Kick off is at 10.45
